1. Account & Registration

To place an order, you may need to register an account or provide accurate personal details.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and password.
Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to us immediately.

2. Products and Pricing

We make every effort to display the products, descriptions, and pricing as accurately as possible.
Freshness & Availability: Since we deal in groceries, certain items (like fresh fruits, vegetables, or dairy) are subject to daily stock availability. If an item is out of stock after you place an order, we will inform you before dispatch.
Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Orders and Delivery

Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation call, SMS, or email.
Delivery Area: Currently, we deliver to specified areas within Peshawar. Please ensure your delivery address (Ashab Road, Khat Kaley, Peshawar) or surrounding areas are correctly pinned.
Delivery Timing: While we aim for prompt delivery, delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Cancellation and Returns

Cancellation: You can cancel your grocery order within a reasonable timeframe before it is dispatched for delivery.
Returns/Replacements: Due to the perishable nature of grocery items (fresh food, frozen goods), complaints regarding quality or damaged items must be reported at the time of delivery or within 2 hours of receiving the order.

5. Payments

We accept cash on delivery (COD) and any other digital payment methods specified during checkout.
All transactions must be settled in full upon or before delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

Gally Grocer will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website, delayed deliveries, or the temporary unavailability of our online store.
